In the future, the LZH and the Korean Institute of Machinery and Materials (KIMM) want to cooperate on topics such as the laser welding of glass, underwater laser processing and Additive Manufacturing.

As a basis, the LZH and the KIMM have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. During his visit, the Vice President of KIMM, Dr. Ing. Kern-Yong Kang, and his colleagues visited, among other things, the labs of the LZH.
