Innovative Product Development by Additive Manufacturing

IPeG IPDAM Workshop
24 September 2024
Hannover

Manufacturing components additively can bring many advantages. Discuss with us how you can fully unlock this potential and join our workshop "Innovative Product Development by Additive Manufacturing," taking place on September 24, 2024, in Hanover.

General information

Additive manufacturing and its application in aerospace, automotive, machinery and tooling, medical technology, and many other sectors of our economy are undergoing rapid development. The industry surrounding additive manufacturing machines, materials, services, and development tools is characterized by strong growth and great potential for innovation. It is essential to further increase the performance of additively manufactured components for series production through innovative processes and materials as well as the integration of effects. At the same time, the advantages of high flexibility, low material usage and targeted customization compared to conventional processes are far from exhausted. Design and development must be emphasized as a key competence for successful product creation through Additive Manufacturing.
