Tim Eismann works in the Additive Manufacturing - Metals Group at LZH and is a member of the project team. At the Space Resources Week, he presented his work in MOONRISE in the session “Infrastructure and supporting technology”, which focused on innovative technologies and approaches for establishing sustainable infrastructure in space.

Tim presented first results of the regolith melting process the MOONRISE-team develops for a lunar flight demonstration mission. He also explained how the project team simulates lunar environmental conditions.
