In mid-February, young scientists visited the LZH, where they were given an insight into the inventive work at the LZH.

As part of their Independent Scientific Year (FWJ) in Hanover, the young scientists organised visits to their respective research institutions on their own initiative. On 13 February 2025, allabout 25 FWJ students from Hanover visited the LZH and gained insights into the laboratory and working environment.

As part of the laboratory tour program ‘One day on site’ on 18 February 2025, young physics students also visited the LZH. The visit was organised by the Industry and Business Working Group (AIW) of the German Physical Society (DPG).

The continuing education program gives budding physicists the opportunity to learn more about research institutions and their current research projects and -environment.

We still accept applications for the upcoming FWJ via Bewerbung@lzh.de
