A powerful use of limited resources is one of the greatest challenges of our times. Therefore, efficient production and long service life time are key achievements that are strived for. And parts made from CFRP, both expensive and of complex characteristics, pose a significant challenge in this regard. It is a challenge that can be overcome by automation and precise processing, e.g. by laser ablation in conjunction with optical coherence tomography (OCT).
