Kurzbiographie
Studium der Physik (Dipl.-Phys., 2002) und Lehramt an Gymnasien (Physik u. Anglistik, 1. Staatsexamen, 2002) an der Leibniz Universität Hannover. 2006 Promotion zur Dr. rer. nat. (Biophysik) an der Naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Leibniz Universität Hannover mit dem Thema „Optoacoustic Characterization of Optical Properties of Human Skin in vivo in the Ultraviolet Wavelength Range“. 2018 Habilitation in Physik zum Thema „Multimodal optical spectroscopy for application in the life sciences“.
PD Dr. Merve Wollweber ist seit 2018 am Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. tätig und leitet seit 2019 die Gruppe Food and Farming in der Abteilung Industrielle und Biomedizinische Optik.
