Kurzbiographie
Abschluss im Diplomstudiengang Maschinenbau an der Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH) im Jahr 2013.
Richard Stähr ist seit 2012 am LZH tätig, zunächst als Hilfswissenschaftler und anschließend als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter. Seit 2024 leitet er die Gruppe Verbundwerkstoffe in der Abteilung Produktions- und Systemtechnik.
Hauptforschungsgebiete
- Lasermaterialbearbeitung Bohren, Trennen, Schweißen, Oberflächenabtrag und Funktionalisierung von unverstärkten und faserverstärkten Kunststoffen
- Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen für Laserbearbeitungsprozesse
- Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Prozesskontrolle und -regelung für die Qualitätssicherung bei Laserprozessen
- Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Laserprozesse und Systemtechnik
